Commissioning/Inspecting/Testing

NETCOR corrosion engineers perform a wide range of commissioning, testing and inspection services for our customers. Our highly trained NACE certified professionals are knowledgeable in the latest testing technologies and are ready with state of the art instruments and test equipment.

NETCOR typically performs commissioning services project. NETCOR’s commissioning report provides the client with a thorough baseline data set which provides a valuable reference point in future years.

Simply installing a properly designed refer to system and standard is not sufficient. Regular inspection and testing should be performed to assure the proper operation of the system throughout the life of the structure being installed. Should operating conditions change; the proper inspection and testing program will be able to identify the affect of these changes on the operation and to determine if additional treatment or structure is required.

Often, simple adjustments to the construction can be applied eliminating the need for costly modifications or upgrades. This is especially true for systems which are generally designed with some level of excess capacity and the system output can be adjusted by changing the output settings on the system.

NETCOR’s qualified corrosion engineers and technicians are OQ qualified, subject to a DOT mandated random drug testing program and actively participate in our on-going safety program.

NETCOR provides a full range of testing including:
